Account data extraction via blind SQL injection

Published Jun 18, 2021 · Updated Sep 16, 2024

Blind SQL injection in Primion Digitek Secure 8 (Evalos) 1.0.1.55 allows remote attackers to extract account data through its login interface. The authentication module executes crafted input within a database query and exposes Boolean result differences, enabling enumeration of metadata, usernames, and stored SHA-1 password hashes. No authentication or user interaction is required; database disclosure is demonstrated, while administrative or physical-access changes require subsequent use of recovered credentials.
