Unauthenticated phishing redirects via unfiltered parameters

Open redirect in Learning Digital Orca HCM 10.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to redirect users to arbitrary sites via crafted links. TWCERT/CC has not named the affected function or parameter; it reports that the function fails to filter an input parameter before using it as a redirect destination. No authentication is required, but a user must follow the crafted link, after which the trusted Orca HCM origin can deliver the user to a phishing site.
