Memory overwrite via unchecked scan-response length

Buffer overflow in the Bluetooth controller of Zephyr RTOS 2.5.x allows physically proximate attackers to execute code via HCI commands. The ull_scan_rsp_set function accepts an oversized scan-response length and updates the advertising PDU without enforcing PDU_AC_DATA_SIZE_MAX, overwriting adjacent memory. Physical access and user interaction are required by the vendor assessment; successful exploitation compromises the controller's confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
