Oracle Applications Manager 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 through 12.2.10 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter managed data over HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the affected Diagnostics code path or the operation that improperly authorizes access to application-managed data. Exploitation requires low-privilege credentials and HTTP access, and it permits reading, creating, deleting, or modifying all data accessible to Oracle Applications Manager without affecting availability.
