Oracle Universal Work Queue 12.1.1 through 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 through 12.2.10 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter data. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Work Provider Site Level Administration and has not published the faulty operation or input. A low-privileged account and HTTP access are required; exploitation permits reading, creating, deleting, or modifying critical or all accessible UWQ data.
