Denial of service in Oracle Database Server 12.1.0.2, 12.2.0.1, 19c, and 21c allows remote authenticated users to disrupt Core RDBMS. Oracle has not disclosed the flawed code path or operation within Core RDBMS. Exploitation requires Oracle Net access and the Create Table privilege, and successful attacks partially interrupt database service without reported data exposure or modification.
