Improper access control in Oracle WebLogic Server Diagnostics 12.2.1.3.0, 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.1.0.0 allows remote attackers to alter data via HTTP. Oracle has not published the affected Diagnostics endpoint or the input-handling operation behind the unauthorized writes. No credentials or user interaction are required; successful requests can update, insert, or delete some server-accessible data.
