Account deletion via tokenless Manager GET request

Cross-site request forgery in Wowza Streaming Engine 4.8.11+5 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete user accounts. The Engine Manager delete endpoint processes a GET request's userName parameter without requiring the wowzaSecurityToken CSRF value. Exploitation requires an administrator with an active Manager session to visit attacker-controlled content, enabling deletion of every Engine user account.
