Authenticated server executable upload via unrestricted file type

Arbitrary file upload in Nokia IMPACT 19.11.2.10-20210118042150283 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to upload server executables. The Applications component accepts the fileupload parameter at /ui/rest-proxy/application without restricting dangerous server-side executable file types. An authenticated account can reach this handler while adding or editing an application, enabling attacker-controlled executable content to be stored on the server.
