CVE-2021-35482Network attack vector

Code execution via unauthorized remote control

Published Jul 21, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024

Remote code execution in Barco MirrorOp Windows Sender before 2.5.4.70 allows attackers on the local network to run code as the local user. The remote-control mechanism accepts control from an unrecognized device without the sender user's permission when the sender tries to connect to a wePresent system. The target must initiate that connection, and successful execution remains limited to the privileges of the signed-in local user.
