Secure-context read or write via VLLDM exceptions

Improper exception handling in VLLDM on affected Arm processors allows local users to read or write part of a Secure context. When VLLDM runs during a Secure-to-Non-secure transition, an exception can expose Secure floating-point state to the Non-secure handler instead of keeping the contexts isolated. Exploitation requires local high-privilege control of the Non-secure handler, and the bounded consequence is disclosure or modification of part of the Secure context without service interruption.
