Unauthenticated code execution via blacklist-bypass SQL injection

SQL injection in LMXCMS 1.4 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through the TagsAction name parameter. TagsAction removes HTML tags or URL-decodes input after the filter_sql blacklist runs, reconstructing blocked SQL keywords. No authentication or user interaction is required; a crafted GET request can alter the generated SQL and reach the reported code-execution impact.
