Server-side request forgery in Deskpro Support Desk 2021.21.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute code via a crafted URL. Published sources do not identify the affected endpoint or explain how the supplied URL reaches an unrestricted server-side request. Exploitation requires high privileges and no user interaction; successful requests can execute arbitrary code on the help-desk server.
