WAF bypass via trailing path confusion

Request-body bypass in OWASP CRS 3.0.x, 3.1.0 through 3.1.1, 3.2.0, and 3.3.0 allows remote attackers to evade WAF inspection. The Drupal exclusion package omits its phase-one skip, while rules 9001180, 9001182, and 9001184 disable body access when a URI merely ends in a Drupal path pattern. A backend that ignores appended path information then processes the uninspected body, exposing any vulnerability reachable through that request handler without CRS filtering.
