Session script execution via unsanitized model notes

Stored XSS in Zammad 1.0.x through 4.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in other users' sessions via model notes. The note attributes of models such as Groups and Roles store attacker-controlled markup that the interface later renders as executable content without adequate neutralization. Model-specific edit permission is required, and administrative access is required to poison every affected model; viewing a poisoned note executes the payload with the viewer's privileges.
