Memory corruption via export-release handle reuse

Use-after-free in Qualcomm Snapdragon MM Frameworks allows local users with high privileges to read or modify memory or crash a device. The framework mishandles a client handle when export and release operations target that same handle, leaving code able to access freed memory. Exploitation requires high privileges and local access, and the unchanged scope limits effects to the vulnerable device.
