Improper authorization in Qualcomm Snapdragon allows local users to access graphics protected regions via register configuration. Graphics register configuration fails to enforce access controls, permitting a user with user-level permission to reach protected graphics memory or regions. Exploitation requires local access to a device containing an affected Snapdragon chipset; the record does not describe a remote interface or user interaction requirement.
