Out-of-bounds read in Qualcomm Snapdragon Connectivity and Snapdragon Mobile allows local users to read memory during page-fault handling. The Display component improperly typecasts data while processing a page fault for global memory, causing a read beyond the intended bounds. Local access with no prior privileges or user interaction is required, and the published mechanism establishes memory disclosure rather than memory modification.
