HTTP detection evasion via crafted SYN acknowledgment

TCP stream-tracking evasion in Suricata before 5.0.7 and 6.x before 6.0.3 allows remote attackers to bypass HTTP inspection. The TCP stream engine rejects an entire flow when a crafted initial SYN carries an unexpected ACK value, although Windows and Linux accept the connection. An attacker able to send crafted network traffic can therefore prevent HTTP logging and evade rules that depend on the discarded session.
