Authentication bypass in Commvault CommCell 11.22.22 allows remote attackers to download files through the CVWebService endpoint. CVSearchService fails to validate requests to a subset of web server APIs before authentication, exposing server-hosted files to unauthorized retrieval. No credentials or user interaction are required, but public material does not identify the affected API methods or request fields.
