A buffer overflow in NETGEAR R6260 firmware 1.1.0.78_1.0.1 allows network-adjacent attackers to execute arbitrary code as root. mini_httpd passes an oversized SOAP_LOGIN_TOKEN to setupwizard.cgi, where check_soap_login_record() uses unbounded strcat() into a stack buffer. LAN access is required, but authentication and user interaction are not; exploitation can start a root shell and fully compromise the router.
