Path traversal in Land Software FAUST iServer before 9.0.019.019.7 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via crafted URL requests. Each URL request maps a requested .fau resource to an operating-system pathname without neutralizing encoded %2e%2e%5c directory traversal, allowing access outside the intended directory. The flaw requires network reachability to the iServer request interface and exposes file contents without authentication; no integrity or service-interruption impact is reported.
