Comment-loading outage via malformed User-Agent parsing

Denial of service in xCss Valine 1.4.14 allows remote attackers to interrupt comment loading via a product-and-version-only User-Agent. The comment-rendering path parses the stored ua field without safely handling a value that lacks the browser and operating-system details expected by the display logic. No authentication or user interaction is required; one crafted comment prevents the affected page's entire comment list from loading.
