CVE-2021-34782Network attack vector

Authenticated information disclosure via improper API authorization

Published Oct 6, 2021 · Updated Nov 7, 2024

Information disclosure in Cisco Catalyst Center before 2.2.2.5 and 2.2.3 through 2.2.3.2 allows remote authenticated users to read restricted user data. API endpoints apply improper access controls to a specific request and return sensitive information about accounts with greater privileges than the caller. Valid device credentials are required; the reported consequence is read-only disclosure, without data modification or service interruption.
