Personal Key disclosure via world-readable log file

Sensitive information exposure in IDrive RemotePC before 7.6.48 on Windows allows local users to read the system's Personal Key. RemotePC writes the Personal Key into a log file under %PROGRAMDATA% and grants read access to all local users. Any locally authenticated account can recover the key without user interaction; no write access or service interruption is reported.
