Authenticated code execution via double-extension upload

Arbitrary file upload in W3 Eden WordPress Download Manager 3.1.24 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code. The upload validation checks only the final filename extension, so an Author can submit a double-extension file whose embedded PHP remains executable. Code execution requires an Apache/mod_php configuration using a permissive AddHandler or AddType directive, and the downloads directory access rules impede exploitation.
