Access-point outage via LLDP resource exhaustion

Resource exhaustion in Aruba Instant access points allows physically proximate attackers to make affected devices unavailable through LLDP traffic. The LLDP processing path consumes device resources until service fails; HPE does not disclose the exact parser or resource that is exhausted. Exploitation requires a direct Ethernet connection and affects the listed 6.4.x, 6.5.x, and 8.3.x through 8.7.x builds; no data access or modification is reported.
