Protected-setting modification via stored certificate-file XSS

Stored XSS in Phoenix Contact FL MGUARD 1102 and 1105 1.4.0 through 1.5.0 allows remote authenticated users to modify protected settings. The upload path embeds certificate-file contents into the LDAP or remote-logging management page without neutralizing HTML, causing a browser to render supplied markup. Exploitation requires Admin or Super Admin upload privileges and an authenticated user to view an affected page, enabling setting changes under that viewer's identity.
