Account password weakening via client-side-only validation

Password-policy bypass in mbCONNECT24 and myREX24 portals through 2.11.2 allows remote authenticated users to set weak account passwords. The account-password change workflow validates policy requirements only in client-side logic, so a modified request reaches the server without equivalent enforcement. An existing portal account and modification of its own password-change request are required; the bounded result is a policy-violating password for that account.
