Stream termination via forged relay cells

Authorization bypass in Tor before 0.4.6.5 allows remote attackers operating a circuit relay to terminate client streams. Tor clients failed to verify that RELAY_END and RELAY_RESOLVED cells came from the circuit hop that owned a half-closed stream. The attacker must control a relay on the affected circuit; the documented consequence is a stream-ending service interrupt.
