SYSTEM privilege escalation for local privileged users

Elevation of privilege in the Windows Partition Management Driver allows local users with high privileges to gain SYSTEM rights. Microsoft has not published the vulnerable driver function or the incorrect operation it performs on attacker-controlled input. Exploitation requires local access and existing high privileges; success grants complete control of the affected Windows host.
