System reboot via NVHost race condition

Denial of service in the NVHost component of NVIDIA SHIELD TV before SE 9.0 allows local users to trigger a system reboot. The Tegra kernel driver's NVHost component dereferences a null pointer when a specific race condition occurs. Low-privileged local access and winning the high-complexity race are required; the documented consequence is a reboot, not data disclosure or modification.
