Utility crash via incomplete SWF bounds check

Out-of-bounds access in the swftophp decompiler in LibMing Ming 0.4.8 allows context-dependent attackers to crash the utility. The getName() function in util/decompile.c applies an incomplete boundary check while decompiling a crafted SWF DELETE action, causing an invalid memory access and segmentation fault. Exploitation requires a user or application to pass the crafted SWF to swftophp; the demonstrated consequence is process termination, not code execution.
