Utility crash via unchecked lens-data denominator

Divide by zero in Exiv2 0.27.4 and earlier allows local users to crash the utility by processing a crafted image's metadata. Exiv2::Internal::resolveLens0xffff in src/minoltamn_int.cpp divides lens metadata by a denominator without first requiring it to be positive. The crash occurs only when a user invokes interpreted metadata output with -p t or -P t, so ordinary metadata printing does not reach the faulty operation.
