Information disclosure via BMP parser buffer over-read

Buffer over-read in BMP_Loader.dll in Siemens JT2Go and Teamcenter Visualization before 13.2 allows attackers to disclose process data. The BMP parser fails to validate user-supplied data against the allocated buffer boundary and consequently reads past the buffer's end. Exploitation requires a targeted user to open a crafted BMP file or visit a malicious page, and the direct impact is process-context information disclosure.
