Device hang via unchecked remote-wakeup capability

Denial of service in STMicroelectronics STM32Cube Middleware 1.8.0 and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to hang devices. USBH_ParseCfgDesc copies a USB configuration descriptor's bmAttributes byte without checking whether the host hardware supports the requested remote-wakeup feature. A crafted USB device must be physically connected; the unsupported request makes USBH_HandleControl return FAIL and leaves the host system hung.
