Phishing redirects via unsanitized booting URL

Open redirection in Umbraco CMS before 7.15.7 allows remote attackers to redirect visitors to malicious sites through booting.aspx. The page inserts the untrusted url request parameter into a timed HTML refresh without first restricting the destination to the local host. Exploitation requires a visitor to open a crafted link and wait through a 10-second interstitial; it enables phishing but does not alter data on the Umbraco site.
