Command execution via unsanitized certificate arguments

OS command injection in es128 ssl-utils 1.0.0 allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands through certificate-generation calls. The createCertRequest() and createCert() functions pass caller-controlled values containing shell metacharacters into OpenSSL command strings without neutralization. Exploitation requires an application to expose attacker-influenced arguments to either exported function; successful input runs commands with the Node.js process's privileges.
