Application crash via VC-1 frame-rate array indexing

Out-of-bounds read in tsMuxer 2.6.16 allows context-dependent attackers to crash the application with a crafted VC-1 media file. VC1SequenceHeader::decode_sequence_header_adv accepts a frame-rate numerator through seven, then uses it to index the five-element ff_vc1_fps_nr array. Exploitation requires a user to process the file locally and causes an application-level service interruption without reported data disclosure or modification.
