Application crash via oversized SEI comparison

Heap-based buffer overflow in tsMuxer 2.6.16 allows attackers to crash the application by opening a crafted H.264 file. The SEIUnit::mvc_scalable_nesting parser passes a seven-byte decoded SEI buffer to a 16-byte memcmp operation, causing an out-of-bounds heap read during stream detection. Execution requires a local user to process attacker-controlled media; the demonstrated consequence is process termination, with no data disclosure or modification.
