Authenticated license-data disclosure via customerId substitution

IDOR in the license retrieval function in FWC Fish | Hunt FL 3.8.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read other licensees’ data. The getcustomerlicense endpoint accepts a caller-controlled customerId in its POST body and returns the matching record without confirming ownership. A valid authorization token is required, and successful abuse discloses names, birth dates, home addresses, license details, harvest records, and license images.
