Unauthenticated command execution via macType injection

Command injection in the China Mobile An Lianbao WF-1 1.0.1 web interface allows remote attackers to execute commands via a POST request. The /api/ZRMacClone/mac_addr_clone endpoint accepts the macType parameter without neutralizing command syntax before command execution. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants control over the router through arbitrary command execution.
