Authenticated code execution via unsandboxed JEXL evaluation

Code injection in OpenNMS Meridian, Horizon, and Newts allows remote authenticated users to execute code through crafted JEXL expressions. Multiple Measurements API, Provisiond, JMX monitor, thresholding, reporting, storage, and Newts API paths evaluated attacker-controlled expressions with an unrestricted JEXL2 engine instead of a class allowlist. Access to a local command or authenticated remote interface is required, and successful execution runs in the affected service context.
