Process crash via unchecked considered-map index

Heap-buffer overflow in libsolv before 0.7.17 allows attackers to crash a consuming process through crafted repository test-case data. pool_installable_whatprovides in src/repo.h computes id>>3 and reads pool->considered->map at that index without verifying that it is below the map size. The demonstrated path requires testcase_read to add repositories after the considered bitmap or solver jobs exist; the bounded outcome is an out-of-bounds read and process abort.
