Published Mar 9, 2022 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Stored XSS in Metaphor Creations Post Duplicator 2.23 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript in another user's browser. The Duplicate Title setting stores attacker-controlled markup and later renders it without context-sensitive output encoding. The payload runs when another user opens the settings page or application root after post duplication, exposing browser-session data and page integrity.
