Local file disclosure via unvalidated download path

Path traversal in Cartadis Gespage 8.2.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read local server files via HTTP requests. The doDownloadData handlers accept a file_name value without restricting the resolved path to the web tree. An authenticated web user can therefore download files readable by the Gespage server process, with no reported write or execution capability.
