Published Sep 15, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Missing authorization in SAP Business One Service Layer 10.0 allows remote authenticated users to invoke restricted functions over the network. The Service Layer omits authorization checks for functions reserved for specific users, allowing authenticated callers to reach operations outside their assigned rights. The attacker must possess a valid account and can read, modify, or delete restricted data; exploitation does not require in-depth system knowledge.
