Browser script execution via underencoded email input
Published Sep 14, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Reflected XSS in SAP Contact Center before 700 allows remote authenticated users to run script in a victim's browser through a new email. The new-email workflow returns user-controlled content to browser output without sufficient context-appropriate encoding. An authenticated user must create the crafted email and a victim must interact with the reflected content, enabling browser-context data access or actions.
