Processing crash via zero-dimension division

Divide-by-zero in the Split operator in MindSpore before 1.3.0 allows remote attackers to crash processing via a zero-sized input dimension. During Split initialization, the operator uses a zero-valued input-shape dimension as a divisor without rejecting it, raising an exception. Reachability requires an application to pass attacker-controlled tensor shapes into the operator; the demonstrated consequence is a processing crash with no confidentiality or integrity impact.
