Process crash via zero SpaceToBatch block shape

Divide-by-zero in Huawei MindSpore before 1.3.0 allows attackers to crash a process when a crafted SpaceToBatch operator is shape-checked. The SpaceToBatch shape-derivation path uses each block_shape element as a divisor without rejecting a zero value. Exploitation requires an affected application to process attacker-controlled operator parameters; the bounded consequence is interruption of that process.
